How the deep clean works
Your 4th visit, and every 4th after.
It replaces that regular visit at the same price. It just takes longer, so we'll confirm your arrival window the day before.
On a deep-clean visit, on top of the usual checklist
- Baseboards, door frames and trim wiped
- Light switches, outlets, vent covers
- Behind and under moveable furniture and appliances
- Cabinet fronts and handles degreased
- Tile grout scrubbed in bathrooms
- Interior window sills and tracks
The fine print
- Your deep clean is your 4th visit in a row on the plan, then every 4th visit after that.
- It takes the place of that regular visit and costs the same — no extra charge. It runs longer, so we'll confirm your arrival window the day before.
- If you skip or cancel a visit, the count starts again. Visits we cancel (holidays, weather) don't reset it.
- It covers everything on our deep-clean checklist. Extras like inside the oven or fridge are still extra.
- It's part of the plan, so it can't be swapped for cash or credit, saved up, or moved to another address.

What's included in a plan?
The same cleaner every visit, our full recurring checklist every time — and every 4th visit is a deep clean at your regular price. Weekly works out to a deep clean every month, every 2 weeks to one every 2 months, and every 4 weeks to one every 4 months.
When do I get my first deep clean?
On your 4th visit in a row, then every 4th visit after that. It takes the place of that regular visit, so there's nothing extra to book or pay. It runs longer, so we'll confirm your arrival window the day before.
What if I skip a week?
Skipping or cancelling a visit starts the count again. Visits we cancel — a holiday, a snowstorm — don't reset it.
Is there a contract?
No. Pause, skip or cancel any time with 24 hours' notice. The deep clean is part of the plan, so it can't be saved up or swapped for credit if you stop.
