What it pays
$22 to $27 an hour to start, depending on experience, plus 100% of tips. Paid every two weeks by e-transfer. Rate reviewed after 90 days and again every year.
How it works
- You get a route of recurring clients, not a random house every day.
- Every home has a checklist and notes. You know the pets, the alarm, the door that sticks.
- We bring the supplies and the vacuum. You bring the standard.
- Choose your days. Full-time, part-time, or just Saturdays.
- One person in the office who answers when you call.
What we need
- Six months of residential, commercial or hotel cleaning — or a very good reason we should take a chance.
- Legally able to work in Canada.
- Clean police record check (we’ll pay for it).
- English or French, comfortable texting with clients.
- A way to get around Ottawa. A car helps; it’s not required for every route.
